Yes, everything's fine. I drive carefully and if he had turned just a bit sooner, I would have been able to stop before being hit. I saw him, saw he wasn't turning, and entered the intersection just as he decided to turn anyway, so there was no time to avoid the hit. Sometimes, you just have to take it and then follow through on the consequences.
